An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nurse Qualified Registered Manager to join an established, nurse-led complex care provider with a Good CQC rating and an excellent reputation for delivering specialist community care. Working alongside an experienced Clinical Operations Manager, you’ll focus on strategic leadership, quality, governance and business growth while leading an established service with strong operational support.

• Hold CQC Registered Manager responsibility.
• Maintain compliance and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Lead the organisation’s growth strategy.
• Develop relationships with ICBs, NHS commissioners and key stakeholders.
• Lead NHS/ICB tenders and framework applications.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Support and develop the clinical and management teams.
• Drive the service towards an Outstanding CQC rating.

• A Registered Adult or Children’s Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• An experienced Registered Manager within a complex care provider.
• Knowledgeable in CQC compliance, governance and quality.
• Experienced in NHS/ICB commissioning, tenders or business development.
• A confident leader with strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with in community complex care, spinal injury, neurorehabilitation or specialist neurological services would be advantageous.
