Leaders in Care is recruiting a Nurse Qualified Registered Manager for a complex care service in Wakefield. You will hold CQC Registered Manager responsibility, drive governance and quality, and lead growth alongside an experienced Clinical Operations Manager.
You’ll maintain compliance, develop NHS/ICB relationships, lead tenders, and support clinical and management teams to deliver person-centred care at the highest standards. On offer: £47,500–£56,500 with on-call and strategic autonomy.
