HC-One Wakefield is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and run engaging programmes for residents in our dementia, nursing, and residential care settings. You'll work 10am-6pm on a 3-on/3-off rotation, 26.5 hours per week, focusing on social activity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
You will support the Home Manager with fundraising events, build confidence in residents to socialise, and lead small teams with warmth and kindness.
