Payroll Administrator

Position: Payroll Administrator (Permanent)
Pyramid8 is recruiting for a reputable, sizeable Yorkshire manufacturer.

We’re looking for a hands-on Payroll Administrator with full end-to-end payroll experience. This is your chance to join a thriving, family-run business with over 800 staff, combining traditional craft with modern technology and a strong reputation for quality and innovation.

What You’ll Do

* Take full ownership of weekly and monthly payrolls, from start to finish

* Process statutory payments and deductions

* Administer pensions and payroll records

* Handle employee and management payroll queries

* Produce standard and ad-hoc payroll reports

* Maintain compliance and create simple, efficient payroll processes

Other payroll/accountancy software experience is welcome – Mitrefinch/Advanced is a plus but not essential.

About You

* Proven end-to-end payroll experience

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Confident in resolving payroll queries

* Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

* Thrive in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent communication skills
