Our client is expanding and looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to help drive new business, build lasting client relationships, and deliver high-quality hires across our specialist markets.

• Managing your own desk with full 360 responsibility
• Developing new business and nurturing long-term partnerships
• Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates
• Hitting targets and earning uncapped commission along the way

• Previous recruitment experience (most sectors considered)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
• Confidence in business development and client management
• A motivated, results-driven attitude

• Salary up to £40,000
