Description

Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies and procedures.
Support with employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases.
Assist in recruitment processes, including reviewing applications and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Handle general HR queries and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure consistent service delivery.

Profile

A successful Interim HR Advisor should have:

Experience in a similar HR advisory role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000, dependent on the level of experience.
