HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Are you an experienced HR/People professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We're seeking a proactive and people-focused People Advisor to join our busy People Services team.
Working closely with the People Relations Manager, you'll provide expert advice and support across a broad range of people matters, including employee relations, absence management, organisational change, recruitment and wellbeing. You'll coach and support managers, helping them confidently navigate people challenges and deliver positive outcomes for colleagues.
What you'll do- Provide professional advice on people policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Support and coach managers through employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence matters.
- Analyse people data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development of people policies, guidance, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Deliver and support training on people-related topics.
- Level 5 CIPD qualification (or working towards)
- Experience working within a professional HR or People Services environment.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
