Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Elevation HR are recruiting for a HR and Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join an exciting hospitality business on a full-time, permanent basis in the West Yorkshire / Wakefield area.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a business at the start of its UK journey, supporting the launch and growth of an established international brand. Initially, you’ll be heavily focused on recruitment and onboarding, helping build the team from the ground up, before developing into a broader HR role as the business grows. Reporting directly into the HR Director, you’ll have plenty of visibility, responsibility and scope to make your mark.

As a HR and Talent Acquisition Recruiter you will be responsible for:

• Taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through to screening, shortlisting and interviewing
• Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring the business attracts the right people at pace
• Coordinate and deliver assessment centres, helping to identify the best talent for the growing business
• Manage the onboarding process for new starters, including offer letters, contracts, pre-employment checks and inductions
• Help build and establish the employer brand, ensuring the business becomes an attractive place to work as it launches into the UK market
• Work closely with the HR Director and wider leadership team, supporting the development of the people function from the ground up
• As the business grows, take on increasing responsibility across wider HR, giving you the opportunity to develop into a genuinely generalist HR position

The ideal HR and Talent Acquisition Recruiter will have:

• Previous experience within recruitment, talent acquisition or a recruitment-focused HR role, ideally with a desire to develop further into HR.
• Experience with in hospitality, retail, food & beverage or another high-volume customer-facing environment would be highly advantageous.
• A strong background in high-volume recruitment, with confidence managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Someone who is comfortable working in a start-up environment, where processes and structure are still being developed.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
• Most importantly, the right attitude and mindset - someone who enjoys building something, embraces change and wants the opportunity to grow with the business.
