Performance Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of data and creativity. If you love seeing a direct impact from your work watching campaigns you've set up drive real sales, this is the role for you. In this role, you'll take client campaign briefs and turn them into high-performing digital campaigns, monitoring every detail and reporting back on results.

You'll have full ownership of campaigns from setup to optimisation, giving you the chance to showcase your analytical skills and creative thinking. What you'll do as a Performance Marketing Specialist:
Plan, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms Analyse performance using Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio dashboards Conduct in-depth keyword research with Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Keyword Planner Manage campaign budgets independently, improving ROAS and CPA Carry out A/B testing using VWO, Optimizely, or similar tools Manage social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In & X/Twitter Create content assets (graphics, emails, digital imagery) where required Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and on budget Provide clear and insightful reports to clients, showing the direct impact of their investment What we're looking for in a Performance Marketing Specialist:
Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action A creative spark to optimise campaigns and develop engaging ad content Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Experience across multiple paid channels and tools as above Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns Why this role is exciting:
