What you’ll be getting stuck into as IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager

Leading and developing the operations and service delivery function across multiple sites
Overseeing daily cloud, infrastructure and on-prem environments to ensure stability and performance
Owning Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra , Intune, endpoint management, networking, patching and disaster recovery
Strengthening security posture and maintaining resilience across systems
Enabling the shift toward a Dev Ops and product-led delivery model
Driving measurable improvements in service quality, process efficiency and user experience
What you’ll bring to the table as IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager

Previous experience managing multi-site IT operations or infrastructure environments
Strong hands-on expertise across Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, identity management, networking and security
Experience maintaining secure, resilient and high-availability environments
Knowledge of service improvement frameworks and operational governance
Exposure to Dev Ops practices or supporting software delivery environments
