Overview

Housing Concierge role in Wakefield. Part‑time (30 hours per week), Monday to Friday. Salary £26,300 per annum (pro‑rata), £13.45 per hour, plus benefits.

Location:

Tingley, Wakefield. We cannot offer a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role. Home Group supports vulnerable customers, including those with complex care needs.

What you’ll do
  • Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas
  • Greet customers and visitors, coordinate repairs or cleaning as needed
  • Provide first line support for customers when our wider team or their support network isn’t available
  • Monitor and respond to incidents calmly, quickly and fairly
  • Work with colleagues and partners to manage anti-social behaviour

Job details
  • Working in our extra care service for people over 55
  • You’ll work Monday to Friday (4pm until 10pm)
  • Able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update records and communicate with colleagues
  • You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check (we pay for it)
