THE ROLE
In this role, you will work closely with our Conveyancing team to provide high-quality legal advice, deliver exceptional client service,and contribute to the continued growth and success of the team.
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgage sand transfers of equity.
- Supporting the growth ofthe department's bridging finance and equity release offering by handling these matters from instruction through to completion.
- Providing expert legal advice and maintaining excellent client relationships throughout the transaction process.
- Liaising with clients,lenders, brokers, estate agents and other third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements andfirm procedures.
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to the continued development of the department
This role can be based at our Wakefield office on a hybrid basis.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer.
- Proven experience managinga residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
- Experience handling arange of residential property matters, including sales, purchases,remortgages, transfers of equity, bridging finance and equity release transactions.
- Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and third parties.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A professional, proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice and maintaining high standards of client service.
