We own and manage nearly 20,000 homes (and counting) across Yorkshire and our mission is to make it possible for current and future tenants to have a place they’re proud to call home. We’re all about the customer and our service doesn’t stop once the keys are in the door.

- Empty void properties (lifting / handling required).
- Carry out ad‑hoc maintenance work such as lock changes or jet washing.
- Drive the cage van from time to time (training provided).
- Help with garden spruce‑ups when needed.
Check out the attached Role Profile for a breakdown of responsibilities.
Where? You’ll primarily work in South/West Yorkshire, but may need to travel around Yorkshire from time to time.
What’s in it for you?We offer a salary of £25,875 for 35 hours a week and 26 days of annual leave (rising annually to 31 days), plus bank holidays. You’ll get a van and fuel card but you can only use it for work – so you’ll need a driving licence.
We offer a reward package to suit everyone: claim back for prescriptions, eye tests and more with our cash plan, take advantage of our pension scheme where we’ll match your contributions up to 9%, and enjoy our range of retail discounts. One of our biggest priorities is the wellbeing of our staff; we provide access to a library of free fitness classes, an instant My GP service and free counselling sessions with a trained professional.
Whoare we looking for?
Ideally we are looking for people who can hit the ground running, so you’ll have worked in similar maintenance roles – great if they have been within social housing, but it’s certainly not a deal breaker! We would like someone with great customer service skills and someone who is proud to carry out their work to ensure our customers have safe and clean spaces.
It’s really important to us that our workforce reflects the diverse communities we serve and are committed to building an inclusive workplace – we welcome applications from all parts of the community.
Finer PrintYou must hold a full UK driving licence for this role, and a basic DBS check will be required if successful. If you’re applying for this role internally, you must contact your line manager first.
