To act as the Property Services Compliance Manager on this prestigious contract, working across the client’s portfolio ensuring sub‑contracted teams have an efficient, effective and pro‑active approach in line with clients contractual and statutory obligations. This role would be office based with the option of hybrid working and would involve regular travel to properties located across the region.

And as a Compliance Manager with Bellrock, you’ll do it by:

• Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance documents for all Engineering services relevant to all the properties.
• Have an overview and support the regional managers on Statutory Compliance in all areas that meet legislative inspections required for the portfolio.
• Support our alternative maintenance strategies and deliver as appropriate such as Risk Based, Condition Based and/or manufacturers recommended maintenance regime.
• Monitoring the type of occupancy of the facilities, ensuring compliance with the respective statutory regulation, mandatory legislation and recognised best practice in consultation with the FM Team, Account Director, and clients as appropriate.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager giving technical support on innovations and initiative implementation.
• Support the operational delivery teams, maintain H&S Audits and Risk Assessments for contractors in line with client and Bellrock requirements and advise on any remedial works.
• Prepare and produce reports inline with contractual requirements.
• Assist Operational supply chain teams in completing their duties by guiding and mentoring as appropriate including supporting site queries emergencies & escalations.
• Take ownership & a proactive approach to key deliverables to the Account Director providing appropriate updates, reporting & opportunities where possible.

• Verify the contracts delivery of an effective Property Management Solution.
• Assist Operational Delivery Team and Supply Chain Manager with the performance management of assigned and direct contracts to ensure all technical KPI’s are met.
• Provide monthly reports relating to areas of compliance and any other report required by the Client in accordance with the contract when requested to do so by the Account Director.
• Review the performance of all subcontractors necessary to the effective day‑to‑day delivery of the maintenance and PPM service and liaise with Bellrock procurement / supply chain and planning as necessary in consultation with the Operational Team.

• Become familiar with the Concerto CAFM system and utilise to ensure that an overview of contract performance can be monitored, gauged and managed.
• Develop a full understanding of client technology systems & how they interact with Concerto to understand opportunities to develop the technology offer including the implementation of API’s, Applications & IOT.
