Site Maintenance Manager

Position: Site Maintenance Manager (Permanent)
Lead and supervise a team of Maintenance Engineers, prioritising workload and allocating resources effectively
Manage breakdowns, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance across a wide range of equipment
Ensure optimal performance of pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, cranes, and associated systems
Oversee maintenance stores, including spare parts availability and stock control
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults
Escalate critical issues where necessary to maintain operational performance
Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and development of engineering staff
Collaborate with operational managers to ensure smooth flow of goods through the warehouse
Champion health & safety standards and safe systems of work across the site
