The Role

Cars2 is seeking a high-caliber Group Used Car Manager to manage our pre-owned vehicle operations across Yorkshire. You will be responsible for the strategic management of group inventory, ensuring maximum stock turn, profitability, and market-leading presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Management:
  Control and analytics of group-wide inventory levels, aging, and mix.
• Procurement:
  Oversee buying strategies via auctions, trade-ins, and private acquisitions.
• Pricing Strategy:
  Utilise data to manage dynamic pricing and optimise margins.
• Performance:
  Mentor site managers to hit volume, F&I, and ROI targets.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Group Used Car Manager or Senior Site Manager.
• Expertise in stock-turn optimisation and market valuation tools.
• A "hands-on" analyst capable of driving multi-site sales teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI.
