What you’ll be doing- Lead strategic consulting projects from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring projects meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Support business growth by developing proposals, identifying client needs, and participating in the pitching process for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
- Manage and mentor a global team of consultants while contributing to the agency’s thought leadership and industry presence.
- Substantial experience in strategy or management consulting, with a focus on the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Commercial experience in proposal development, project scoping, and collaborating with business development teams to secure new engagements.
- Subject matter expertise in healthcare practice areas such as digital transformation, patient engagement, or medical affairs.
