The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking an exceptional individual to join our Estates Team as Head of PFI Contract Management & Performance. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring that our hospital estate delivers safe, high‑quality environments that support outstanding patient care.

As the Trust's lead expert for PFI contract management, you will oversee the performance of one of our most significant strategic partnerships, ensuring contractual compliance, service excellence, and value for money across our healthcare facilities.

• Leading the Trust's PFI Contract Performance Team
• Managing the performance and compliance of our PFI service provider
• Overseeing contract monitoring, audits, and performance reporting
• Managing contractual variations and service developments
• Supporting strategic estates and infrastructure initiatives
• Building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Providing expert commercial advice to senior leaders

• Significant experience in PFI, PPP, FM, Estates, or major contract management
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Proven experience leading high performing teams
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities
• A track record of delivering measurable service and financial improvements
• A commitment to NHS values and patient centred excellence
