Electrical Manager/Supervisor required to lead electrical works on retrofit and decarbonisation projects within the social housing sector.
Responsibilities- Experience managing electrical packages (particularly Solar PV installations) within Social Housing schemes
- Electrical Audits
- Ordering of Electrical Materials
- Building relationships with clients
- Knowledge of renewable works
- Compiling RAMs and ensuring H&S compliance on projects
- Strong background in the social housing refurbishment sector/decarbonisation sector with knowledge of working under PAS regulations
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Driver's License
- Retrofit experience
