NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a growing Financial Planning firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanning Team Leader to join their team in Wakefield.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner who is ready to take the next step in their career and combine hands-on technical paraplanning with day-to-day team leadership.

You will manage a small team of three Paraplanners, providing guidance, support and oversight while continuing to personally manage a caseload and produce high-quality suitability reports for a team of Financial Planners.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supporting a team of three Paraplanners on a day-to-day basis
• Allocating workloads and monitoring deadlines to ensure cases are completed efficiently
• Providing guidance and technical support to the wider paraplanning team
• Reviewing work and maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality
• Producing detailed and compliant suitability reports
• Supporting Financial Planners with technical research and recommendations
• Reviewing client information and financial planning requirements
