Night Shift MIG Welder Location
Wakefield
Pay£15.00 - £16.00 per hour DOE
Shift PatternMonday - Thursday 7:00pm - 7:00am
About the RoleWe are currently recruiting experienced MIG Welders to join a busy manufacturing and production team in Wakefield, working on a variety of steel fabrication projects. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders looking for ongoing night shift work within a stable and fast‑paced workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities- MIG welding on steel components and fabricated products
- Working from engineering and technical drawings
- Carrying out fabrication and assembly duties
- Ensuring all welds meet quality standards
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
- Working effectively within a production team
- Previous MIG welding experience essential
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with in fabrication or manufacturing preferred
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ongoing long‑term work
- Weekly pay
