Warburtons is seeking an Operations Support Manager to lead manufacturing operations at a fast-paced bakery site. The role focuses on safety, quality, cost control and delivering on-time, full production by building high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.
You will lead from the front, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, managing labour and materials, and partnering across engineering, planning and supply chain to hit production targets and KPI goals.
