As a Production Manager, you will lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will drive team performance and continuous improvement while maintaining operational excellence across safety, quality, and cost.

• Manage daily production plans and activities.
• Optimise workforce and production efficiency.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, and cost.
• Ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.
• Lead and develop production teams.
• Monitor performance and budgets.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.

• Technical degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with lean methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, 5S, TPM).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver results.
• Analytical, organised, and results-driven mindset.
