Group Marketing Manager

A long-established UK manufacturer in the commercial interiors and specialist surfaces sector is preparing for a bold new phase of growth following a recent management buyout. With Yorkshire manufacturing facilities across multiple sites, they employ 120 people.

With a strong financial footing, the business has ambitious growth planned and as part of this they are now ready to redefine their Group Marketing approach for 2026 and beyond.

They are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who wants the opportunity to shape strategy, elevate multiple brands
, and make a visible impact across four established trading divisions.

The role will be mainly based in the office between Wakefield and Huddersfield but there can be occasional hybrid working on a flexible basis.

This is a hands-on, creative, and strategic position suited to a confident Senior Marketing Executive/Manager who has delivered successful brand development and growth.

You will lead a talented in-house marketing team (4 people) and take ownership of delivering a refreshed, high-performing marketing presence across digital and traditional channels.

• Develop and implement a new Group Marketing strategy aligned with company wide growth plans
• Strengthen and evolve brand identity across multiple divisions and markets
• Create and oversee engaging multi-channel content and campaigns
• Lead, mentor, and support a marketing team
• Drive improvements across digital channels, including web, email, and social
• Collaborate with product and commercial teams on launches and market positioning
• Work across both manufacturing sites (West & South Yorkshire)

• Proven experience in a B2B Marketing role
• Solid understanding of digital marketing
• Experience managing a marketing team
• Energy, initiative, and the ambition to make a real mark during a period of positive change
