OverviewEasy Bathrooms is looking for an Ecommerce & Website Manager to lead the day-to-day management and development of our ecommerce website and digital platforms.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys improving websites, spotting opportunities and turning ideas into practical changes that drive leads, sales and better customer experiences.
Main responsibilities Website Management- Own the day-to-day operation, maintenance, quality and optimisation of the website.
- Plan and oversee new website features, landing pages and ongoing development.
- Manage developers, write briefs, review work, carry out QA testing and approve releases.
- Update website content, promotions, pricing, products and category pages.
- Monitor website performance, user experience and site speed.
- Manage AI search improvements, redirects, broken links and website health.
- Take ownership of website quality, accuracy and stability, ensuring the website is regularly checked, maintained and kept in good condition across desktop and mobile.
- Identify and resolve website issues including broken links, outdated content, poor customer journeys, errors, tracking issues and technical problems.
- Ensure website changes are tested properly before going live and that updates support the wider marketing and business strategy.
- Oversee optimisation of website content and structure for SEO and showroom enquiries.
- Oversee the upload and maintenance of products, descriptions, specifications and imagery.
- Analyse website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Produce regular ecommerce performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Carry out competitor research, pricing analysis and product benchmarking.
- Support local SEO activity across showroom pages, Google Business Profiles and location-based search, ensuring showroom information is accurate, consistent and optimised.
- Work with the Head of Marketing on Google Ads, Meta Ads and paid traffic performance, ensuring campaigns are supported by strong landing pages, accurate tracking and effective customer journeys.
- Identify opportunities to increase online sales, showroom enquiries, design appointments, installation leads and customer engagement.
- Proactively recommend new ideas, tools and improvements that could enhance website performance, customer experience, lead generation and online sales.
- Lead and support the ecommerce team on a day-to-day basis.
- Allocate workload, review completed work and provide ongoing coaching.
- Conduct regular 1-to-1s, onboarding and training for new team members.
- Create internal guides, processes and tools to improve team efficiency.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Creative Manager, Marketplace Manager, Social Media Manager and wider marketing team to ensure website activity supports wider campaigns and business priorities.
- Support showroom teams, regional managers and other departments with website updates, local search, showroom launches, refurbishments, promotional activity and digital queries.
- Help create a clear, organised and accountable working structure within the ecommerce team.
- Manage relationships with developers and external digital partners.
- Coordinate website, SEO, AI search, email marketing and wider digital projects, working with marketplace and other teams where website support is required.
- Attend supplier meetings, document actions and ensure successful delivery.
- Support showroom launches, refurbishments and digital updates across multiple platforms.
- Experience supporting or managing Google Ads, Meta Ads or paid media performance.
- Experience with Google Business Profiles, local SEO or multi-location retail SEO.
