About the Role
Part‑time role working 3 on 3 off 10‑4, 19.25 hours.
As a Housekeeping Assistant at HC‑One, kindness will be at the heart of everything you do. It shapes our care across Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist homes. Responsibilities- Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
- Following cleaning schedules and tasks set by the team lead
- Using products safely and following hygiene procedures
- Supporting infection control and safety standards
- Helping with laundry and linen care
- Reporting any issues or repairs as needed
You’ll take pride in your work and keep everything spotless. Whether you’re ticking off tasks or lending a hand, you’ll do it with care and compassion.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You must recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to act if concerns arise. All colleagues attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake additional training as required.
Qualifications & Requirements- Some housekeeping experience is helpful, but full training is provided.
- Organised, time‑management skills, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and kindness, respectful in every conversation with Residents, visitors, and team.
- Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG
