This is a full-time, on-site Landscaper role based in Wakefield. The Landscaper will carry out day-to-day grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and general garden care. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining irrigation systems, assisting with basic landscape design implementation such as planting layouts and hardscape placement, and ensuring all tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly. The role also involves cleaning work areas, removing debris, and interacting with clients in a professional manner to support high service standards.

The position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and following health and safety guidelines at all times.

• Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping for the upkeep and improvement of outdoor spaces.
• Candidates should possess skills in Gardening for tasks such as planting, pruning, and seasonal garden care.
• Candidates should possess skills in Irrigation for installing, operating, and maintaining watering systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Design to support layout planning and implementation of planting and hardscape features.
• Basic knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and safe use of landscaping tools and machinery.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Prior experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred; relevant certifications or training are an advantage.
