* Providing development support to suppliers when required
* Handle customer complaints and investigate using root cause analysis and CAPA
* Maintenance and development of the corrective action systems (NCR and Audit)
* Day to day involvement with ISO
9001 accredited quality management system Quality Engineer Skills & Experience
* Minimum of ONC/OND with over 5 years industry experience in a quality management role
* Experienced with audits, lead auditor training would be beneficial
* Knowledge of ISO
9001 required. Knowledge of ISO
14001 / ISO
18001 advantageous
* Practical experience of co-ordinating and initiating improvement activities with 8D / root cause analysis Quality Engineer, ISO
9001, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D
