We’re working with a well-established, family-run residential lettings business based in Wakefield, who are now looking to appoint an experienced Tenancy Manager to join their close-knit team.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a stable, well-run portfolio with a full handover and genuine long term prospects.

You’ll be responsible for managing an established residential portfolio of approximately 120 properties, working as part of a supportive team of 5.

This is a hands‑on tenancy management role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, taking pride in their work, and delivering a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants.

• End-to-end tenancy management across a residential AST portfolio
• Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Managing day-to-day tenancy queries and issues
• Ensuring compliance and smooth running of tenancies
• Monthly communications and reporting
• Working closely with a supportive, long-standing office team

This role is suited to someone who already has proven tenancy management experience and is looking for a stable, long term position within a people-focused business.

• Experience in tenancy management / residential lettings
• Confidence managing a residential portfolio independently
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine, customer-focused approach
• A desire for long-term stability rather than short-term progression

Please note:

this role is not suitable for trainees or candidates without tenancy management experience.

• Monday to Friday, 9:00–5:30
• 1 in 6 Saturdays, with time off in lieu
• Monthly commission structure
