As a Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind an exceptional in‑store experience. What you’ll do- Lead the team Inspire, coach and develop colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and meet individual and store targets.
- Own commercial performance Manage sales, margin, stock turn and visual standards. Drive KPI performance through strong execution and local initiatives.
- Create the experience Ensure the store looks premium, runs smoothly and delivers memorable moments during launches, activations and busy trading periods.
- Deliver operational excellence Oversee stock processes, loss prevention, payroll and roster planning to ensure efficient day‑to‑day running.
- Recruit & retain Hire the right people, build a strong team culture and create clear development plans to progress talent internally.
- Proven retail management experience with a track record of delivering sales and developing teams.
- Customer obsessed – you prioritise service and know how to create memorable experiences.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse performance and take decisive action.
- Excellent communicator and coach, comfortable motivating a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible, organised and resilient – able to manage competing priorities and thrive during peak trading.
