You’ll work closely with experienced parts advisors, workshop technicians, and suppliers, gaining hands‑on experience across all areas of a busy dealership parts department.

  • Assisting customers at the counter, over the phone and online
  • Helping identify and supply the correct parts for machinery
  • Supporting sales activity, promotions, and telesales campaigns
  • Learning how to upsell and advise customers confidently

  • Supporting stock takes and maintaining accurate stock control
  • Keeping the parts and stores area clean, safe, and organised
  • Following company procedures for stock handling and health & safety
What We’re Looking For

  • Interest in machinery, automotive, plant, agricultural or similar industries
  • Confidence using computers and online systems
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Forklift licence is an advantage (training can be provided)
