The RoleThis is not a traditional “dial-and-book” SDR role — you’ll gain exposure across the sales cycle while building core fundamentals.
You will:
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients and generate interest
- Qualify opportunities through structured discovery conversations
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities
- Engage with decision-makers and understand business challenges
- Support deal progression and take ownership of smaller sales opportunities
- Develop relationships that can be nurtured into long‑term accounts
- Hybrid working model offering flexibility and structure

- £28,000–£30,000 base salary depending on experience
- £8,000–£10,000 realistic commission in year one
