We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our team in Wakefield, ideally you will have previous Telesales experience, ideally working within the Utilities / Power Industry, within Technical Telesales / or alternatively you are a Graduate looking into the Utilities / Power Sector.

• Initiate sales with potential customers and engage with our customers and upsell Ipsum Utilities services
• Generate repeat sales, gather and document customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products. Keep up to date on all products and inform customers is an essential part of this position.
• Be responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone: contact potential customers, present the business, seek opportunities, focus on customer needs to close sales, and document customer information, purchases and reactions.
