About the role
Within our Direct Sales Team, we have roles covering new business and account management. Account management roles will receive support and training based on growth, retention and threats to business.
Our team covers our full range of products and services, delivered to both new and existing customers.
The successful candidate will manage their own pipeline activity through either managing a caseload of customers or new business objectives, predominantly over the phone, Microsoft Teams, or email.
You will also follow up on warm leads from our sales inbox for new centre enquiries and general enquiries into the department, as well as working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to bring the right expertise.
