Job Title
Sales Manager / Senior BDM – Total Waste Management / Recycling
LocationNational Coverage – based in the Northwest, North Midlands or Yorkshire area
Salary & BenefitsNegotiable, circa £55‑60k plus car/allowance and 20% bonus
Responsibilities- Generate and follow up new business leads
- Manage tendering processes to win high‑value clients
- Ensure proper billing and overall sales responsibility for the business
- Mentor and guide junior new‑business staff to meet targets
- Commercial new‑business sales experience in the waste management sector, with a focus on contracts valued between £100,000 and £1.5million
- Previous roles such as Senior Field Sales Executive, Sales Manager, BDM, Corporate Business Development Manager, Commercial Manager, National Business Development Manager, Senior Business Development Manager or Head of Sales
- Full UK driving licence with 6 points or less
