Are you a commercially driven Field Sales Executive or Business Development Executive who enjoys getting out in front of customers and winning new business?

We are recruiting for a road-based sales professional to develop a territory across Yorkshire, build strong customer relationships and convert new opportunities into long-term business.

This is a genuine field-sales position with responsibility for your own diary, territory and pipeline.

• Generate new business opportunities across your territory
• Arrange and attend face-to-face customer meetings
• Build relationships with prospective customers
• Develop existing customer accounts
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Conduct site visits and product demonstrations
• Present solutions to key decision-makers
• Negotiate and close commercial opportunities
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline
• Manage your own diary and territory effectively
• Build long-term customer partnerships

• Proven Business Development or Field Sales experience
• Strong new-business mentality
• Track record of developing customer relationships
• Confident face-to-face communicator
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Comfortable managing a geographical territory
• Self-motivated and commercially focused
• Strong pipeline-management capability

Experience selling into the convenience retail sector would be particularly advantageous.
