About the role- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and tailored outreach.
- Convert enquiries into customers
, ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding process. - Deliver a first-class customer experience from first contact through to account handover or ongoing support
. - Work towards clear monthly sales targets with a defined plan and dedicated manager support.
- Generate and undertake qualified meetings.
- Contribute insights and feedback to help refine our sales strategy and continuously improve.
- Experienced in sales (essential) – backgrounds in recruitment, call centres, or similar environments are ideal.
- Motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for prospecting and converting leads into loyal customers
. - Confident making outbound calls and using email to engage decision-makers, secure appointments, and close opportunities
. - Arabic speaking would be desirable but not essential.
- Progression opportunities into senior sales roles or across the wider business.
- On-the-job training and support to build your skills in new business sales and onboarding
. - Sales incentive plan eligibility once you pass probation.
- Flexible working patterns (full time 35 hours, part time/job share considered) between 8am–6pm.
