As a Plumber, you will :

• Conduct investigations and repairs on various plumbing issues, including leaks, tap and toilet repairs, shower installations, waste pipe fittings, and central heating components.
• Utilise field applications to manage workloads and job notes.
• Maintain a company vehicle stocked with necessary parts, ordered through our online system.
• Provide customers with advice and information on potential upgrades when appropriate.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and have a clear focus on providing outstanding customer service.

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Relevant work experience in domestic reactive plumbing
• Self‑motivated with excellent communication skills.

• Core hours :
  Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm + On Call Rota + Overtime
