Wakefield Council is seeking a Disability Facilities Grants Officer to deliver housing adaptations funded by the Disabled Facilities Grant, working with vulnerable adults and families in residents' homes to assess, plan and deliver essential adaptations.
You will collaborate with service users, carers and professionals to project manage works, ensure value and safety, manage risk, and support independent living while contributing to the council's DFG budget and outcomes.
