Pact is seeking a casual Family Support Worker to provide support to families visiting loved ones in the Visitor Centre at the prison. You will work as part of the Pact Family team based in the visitor centre and visits hall, offering guidance and support to families during visits and family days.
You will need experience with families in challenging environments, safeguarding knowledge, and strong organisational and partnership-building skills to work with agencies and deliver play services.
