Remedy Social Work is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join Wakefield Council's Adult Safeguarding Team. You will undertake comprehensive needs assessments, plan and review care plans, and provide social work interventions for service users and carers within the care framework.
You will lead risk assessment and protection activities, liaise with Probation and MAPPA when appropriate, coordinate care, and contribute to MDT treatment programmes.
