Wakefield Council is seeking a dedicated Disability Facilities Grants Officer to assess, plan, and deliver housing adaptations funded through the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG). You will work with vulnerable adults, children, and their families to enable safe, independent living in their homes.
The role involves project managing adaptations, ensuring value for money, and working in a hybrid environment with a focus on high-quality, person-centred services. Salary range £28,598–£34,434.
