Salary/Rate: £12.71 – £13.50/hour

Baker Group is looking to recruit Order Picking and Packing Operatives.

Pay Rate: £12.71ph – £13.50ph

Shift (Monday to Friday):

• 6:50am – 2:20pm
• 12:30pm – 8:00pm
• 2:30pm – 10:00pm
• 10:30pm – 6:00am

• Scanning and checking pick lists
• Trained on Mechanical Handling Equipment, low-level PPT + LLOP
• Picking and packing orders with accuracy and efficiency using Hand Scanners
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• General warehouse tasks to support smooth operations

• Reliability: A strong work ethic and dependability
• Teamwork:
  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Initiative:
  Capable of working independently when required
