Warehouse Technician Operative

Salary: £36,201.00 pa.

Continental Shift Pattern: 3 days on (7am‑7pm), 3 days off, 3 nights on (7pm‑7am), 3 days off.

We’re hiring Warehouse Technician Operatives in Wakefield to join both manufacturing (Goods In) and distribution teams. These roles sit at the heart of our operation, ensuring materials are received, handled, stored and moved efficiently to keep production running and customers supplied.

You’ll develop the skills and flexibility to work across key warehouse activities, either within Goods In or distribution.

• Safely operating forklift trucks (full training provided)
• Receiving, storing and organising stock within warehouse areas
• Preparing and assembling orders ready for dispatch
• Using SAP and warehouse management systems to track and manage stock
• Stacking goods across different storage systems, including racking and block stack
• Supporting stock accuracy, traceability and smooth vehicle movements
• Carrying out basic quality checks and maintaining high housekeeping standards
