FLT Driver - Bendi and Counterbalance

Manpower UK seeks a permanent FLT Driver - Bendi and Counterbalance for its client near Junction 41, Wakefield, paying up to £14.10 per hour. This temp-to-perm position requires valid licences for both truck types. Duties include operating forklifts for goods inward, outward, and modification teams, plus receipt, dispatch, picking, and packing of bulk items and chemicals. You will verify deliveries against supplier documentation and maintain tidy, organised storage zones.

Prior experience with Bendi machinery is essential. The role offers steady daytime hours within a sizable distribution hub. Candidates should demonstrate precise handling skills and a commitment to safety protocols when moving stock.

• Operate Counterbalance and Bendi forklifts efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Assist with Goods Inward/Outward and Modifications teams.
• Handle receipt, dispatch, picking, and packing of bulk products and chemicals.
• Perform accurate checks on deliveries to ensure all items match supplier information.
• Contribute to the smooth movement of products across the warehouse.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization using electric sweepers.
• Participate in recycling programs for pallets, boxes, and plastic waste.

• Valid Counterbalance and Bendi forklift licences.
• Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
