The Range in Wakefield is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead our shift operations and ensure efficient warehouse performance. You will oversee a team of around 250 colleagues, managing inbound receiving, put-away, picking, despatch and returns, while driving improvements and maintaining Health & Safety standards.
You will work rotating shift patterns (any 5 days out of
7), coordinate with peers in inventory, planning and HR, monitor KPIs, and implement standard processes to optimise stock
