Lab Administrator Waldorf

A local laboratory specializing in drinking water analysis is seeking a customer service-oriented Lab Administrator to join our team in Towson. This full-time, hourly position offers a range of benefits including:

The Lab Administrator plays a critical role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the lab runs efficiently. This individual will interact directly with clients by accepting samples, scheduling appointments, issuing reports, and collecting payments. Additional responsibilities include general administrative support and maintaining organized office operations.

• Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Schedule water sampling appointments
• Accept water samples and ensure all accompanying documentation is complete
• Log samples and record data in the Lab Information Management System (LIMS)
• Prepare and distribute laboratory reports to clients
• Perform accurate data entry and manage data import/export
• Maintain organized and functional shared office spaces
• Handle general front desk and administrative duties
