Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in a full‑time, on‑site role based in Waldorf, MD. The Automotive Service Advisor will act as a liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring clear, consistent communication and excellent customer service in a fast‑paced professional environment. Responsibilities include guiding customers through vehicle maintenance and repair processes, managing service appointments, providing accurate cost estimates, and maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in vehicle maintenance and automotive repair processes
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer service skills
• Effective communication abilities to ensure clear understanding and collaboration with both customers and technicians
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in an automotive or service advisor role is a plus, along with MyKaarma, Reynolds & Reynolds POWER
• Knowledge of Chevrolet andაძემ vehicles is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training are advantageous
