Role Overview
We’re supporting a confidential client in the search for a Financial Analyst to join a lean, high‑impact finance team. This is a true analyst role focused on forecasting, modeling, and performance analysis in an operationally driven, private‑company environment.
Ideal Background- ~3–5 years in a Financial Analyst role (not accounting‑heavy)
- Strong Excel skills required (financial modeling, pivots, advanced formulas)
- Experience in a multi‑unit, operational business strongly preferred
- Background in private company settings is a plus
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with non‑finance stakeholders
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ad‑hoc financial analysis tied to operational performance
- Model and report development to support decision‑making
- Ongoing process improvement and data accuracy focus
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote
