Meeting the branch manager, the job responsibilities of the Loan Partner I position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Manage the Calendar:
  • Set all appointments for Team Leader.
  • Confirm all appointments the day before and, if you leave a message, call the day of as well.
  • Have at least two callback times scheduled in the team leader's day and change voicemail to reflect those times.
• Lead Tracker:
  • Call leads back within 1 hour to set appointments to speak with a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.
  • All leads added to lead tracker.
  • Update the referral source every time you attempt/make contact with a lead.
  • Bring two copies of lead tracker to each team meeting.
  • Give borrower a verbal list of what to bring and directions and make them write it down.
  • Email confirmation of appointment (list of what to bring, directions, testimonial) to agent, borrow, and team leader. (put, from (team leader name) in the re: section of the e-mail.)
  • Print credit and put it in the appointment folder; have it ready for the appointment.
• Data base management:
  • Update our database on the 1st of each month with closed loans from the previous month.
  • E-mail program of the week to realtor database every Friday.
  • 30-60-90 day calls for all closed loans.
  • ABC calls weekly.
  • Birthday Program using CRM tool.
• Team Leader Organization:
  • Keep Team Leaders desk organized.
  • Keep Team Leader on track with calls and schedule.
